7yThank you for your comments. We're sorry you're not having a good experience here. I have shared this feedback with other senior leaders here. We do care about employees having good relationships with leadership and with each other, and if this didn't happen with your manager, we sincerely regret that. Since we're growing rapidly, we have promoted or hired a number of leads in the last 1 to 2 years, and we have conducted a leadership development program over the last year, so we do hope we're getting better in this regard.
Regarding management forcing positive comments, this is not true. Employees are made aware Glassdoor exists and encouraged to post truthfully, however there is no specific guidance regarding specific comments that anybody should make, and certainly nobody is "forced" to post anything, this is fully at employees' discretion.
