Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. The company truly values its employees and constantly looks for ways to enhance their well-being. One of the standout perks is the meal benefit, which is especially helpful for those staying in PG accommodations—it really makes day-to-day life easier and shows the company’s care for employees’ comfort. Recently, the introduction of ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) has been another great initiative. It not only motivates employees but also makes us feel like we’re genuinely contributing to and benefiting from the company’s success.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are a few areas that can be improved, such as streamlining some internal processes and communication channels.

Pros

The team is kind and helpful. People are always happy to teach you. You learn many new things here. It is a great place to grow your skills. The work stays fun and fresh. Each day brings something new to do. Managers listen to your ideas. You feel like your voice really matters.

Cons

The days can get busy at times. But this also keeps the work exciting. The company is still growing fast. So some rules and steps are still new. Many tasks can come at once. A little planning makes it easy to handle.
