Job - Anonymous employee Protecto Wrap Employee Review

The owner truly cares for his employees, they are part of the Protecto Wrap family.

Not the best part of town to work at and it stinks. A Lot of "growers" are in the neighborhood.

Family lije atmosphere tried to be perpetuated throughout the organization. Mgt did not push the family like culture like they say they did. It was pick and choose.

Extremely poor mgt. Owner wanted to build an "A" team at the Executive Level. On a good day it was a B-
