Pros
Not many left Benefits are on the decrease, no more company match 401 and a lame Christmas party in Feb (two months past Christmas).
Cons
Too many managers, and they keep adding more. I answer to 6 managers directly, plus 3 more indirectly. Management appears to be more worried about how it looks on paper, and couldn't care less that things are getting worse, for both internal and external customers.
