      Longer hours than most Micromanagement Toxic work environment Poor Leadership Inconsistent and lack of self-discipline in management. Monthly salary No HR system No benefits The commission is only paid out semi-annually. No advancement opportunities

      Not much here, but I would say that travel for events was the best part of the job.

      Lack of organization, you would hear different solutions from different people and no one helps when you have a real issue.
