      If you're aged 17 to 20 with no experience, no responsibility and no life, it might be interesting to work here. Useful product

      Cons

      The business is run like a 'cult' No work/life balance Shockingly low salaries ( I mean it's almost slave labour) Illusion of potential commission Senior management are terrible at management There is a fundamental flaw in the business model that the management team haven't spotted - but it will come back to bite them

      The people are amazing Pay is great Product provides endless opportunities for the sales team

      Pros

      Not much here, but I would say that travel for events was the best part of the job.

      Cons

      Lack of organization, you would hear different solutions from different people and no one helps when you have a real issue.
