      Regardless of your current background you will gain a wealth of knowledge and exposure to an innovative construction/design approach that is transferable to all sectors of the construction/design industry. The employees at PROTECS have a wealth of knowledge and experience which they readily share amongst the team.

      Cons

      PROTECS does not do a sufficient job in training new employees to understand and execute their construction/design approach. They are aware of this and have been actively seeking to improve it.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, WFH 2 days a week, several locations, employees are appreciated by upper management. We work hard but play hard, too. Lunch on Fridays provided by the company along with some fun activities.

      Protecs offers a competitive salary.

      Cons

      Mediocre benefits. Poor business reputation. Extremely micromanaged by the PA office. Little to no support for starting PEs. High turnover.
