Pros
*Its been almost a year since I have started with Prosum offshore. My journey has been wonderful till now and I love my present company. *Good benefits provided by the employer, in fact much better than other companies. Management is always thoughtful about their employees. *Job stress is always a part of the game, however I feel at ease with all the support provided by the existing onsite manager. She is very helpful & knowledgeable and always gives back the credit to the concerned team member for any good job achieved. *The team in India is also very helpful & supportive to each other. *The management team in US is marvelous and are always there to support the India team at all times. *I was surprised to see some recent negative reviews that was absolutely opposite of what my experience and observation has been regarding the management & the onsite manager. All that I would like to say is there is no point in giving wrong reviews and use a platform like Glassdoor to take out your personal grudge.
