      The company is growing rapidly, which brings a lot of positive energy and opportunities. Naturally, with such fast-paced growth, some processes and roles are still evolving — but it’s encouraging to see the organization actively working on refining them.

      Pros

      Very helpful team. For learning they conduct meetings every morning and we get ownership of our work too so the scope of growth is nice. You’re embedded into their culture with their unique inductions, which are 1:1 conversations with people in the team. Additionally, they do meaningful wealth creation for clients

      Cons

      I didn’t get an offer letter apart from a WhatsApp message. Not a con but something can be worked upon.
