Pros

> Some decent people work there but unfortunately not all. > Working from home. > Quitting!

Cons

No proper procedures in place, no clarity, no proper training, no appreciating employees even when it's expressed that most are very unhappy, stressed, unheard and dissatisfied. Passive aggressive and intimidating at times. Bad communication by some of the higher ups and those who like to think they're higher ups. Some big egos and people who loved to hear themselves speak, even with things they have no clue. Eoin was friendly but unfortunately it wasn't always reflected in others in the company. I was shocked by some of the things that were and weren't in place. Lots of time wasting, pointless meetings that went on for hours then expecting you to work outside of work hours and continuously add more to your workload even when it was some else responsibility. Some people in the company liked to talk the talk and appear they knew what they were doing when in reality they didn't causing more frustrations and issues along with workload at the expense of others. The company isn't very receptive of feedback. There was no company culture, inclusivity or consideration for all employees. Communication was extremely poor and I felt very unhappy, hugely undervalued and intimidated in my post. No proper direction and no value of my time and efforts. Some would happily walk all over you all for their own gain. So much needs reviewing and changing, from the top down.
