Salary is below market, despite the workload being heavy and followed by unrealistic deadlines. Management is also lacking, they disguise overworking as opportunities. There are times that you would need to clock in overtime and just pray that you’ll get paid. There were also times that the CEO will spill profanity during meetings. They also don’t take feedback very well, easily offended, and would instead gaslight you into thinking that your own decisions were the one that caused it, even though they’re the one who sets unrealistic benchmarks. Overall, toxic CEO, heavy workloads with OT without assurance of pay, delayed salary, and would not recommend.
