Learn a great deal of the industry that the company is involved with. Seminars are offered to improve knowledge base. I highly recommend you take advantage of these. Group outings are frequent, overall fun and friendly environment, and good corporate climate.
Cons
High learning curve, be prepared to work with minimal guidance. Must be a self-starter and highly motivated. Advancement opportunities are difficult to obtain, yet they do happen.
