      Nice training for beginners and for mid level

      Cons

      They have a bad monitoring for workers. They promise 30k after one year but that is over all pay not basic pay. Their monitoring personnel is so rude and their rules too is very unorganized. No basic understanding to workers needs

      Most of the clients are amazing to work with. Ok work life balance.

      Cons

      Slow salary increases, lower compensation percentages (as opposed to the management’s cut), has favoritism, too many contract restrictions, etc
