I can truly feel that everyone who works at Prosper cares about the mission, and that we are building something that can scale really well. The people at Prosper are incredibly intelligent and driven to make changes happen. From the operations team to the clinicians, everyone really cares about making Prosper a great service.

Not a ton, but the workload can really pile up if you don't stay on top of your work. There are so many people managing multiple teams and projects, so it's easy for things to get dropped if you aren't staying on it. Priorities change frequently.

Flexible schedule, independence, consultation groups, social events
