      Few experienced people how care to teach. Field work can be relaxing. hard copy database. Mixed-methodologies. Access to professional associations.

      Cons

      Not a good environmet. No interest of the most. No access to technologies inovations. No accesss to latest software version. No salary increasing over long periods of time.

      Pros

      Acomodate with all kind of people. Young personnel. Working at a seismic crew on a 20 days on, 10 days off basis.

      Cons

      Very few managers with good comunication skills, unfortunately. Not a place where you can have a progresive career,based on your knowlegde.
