Pros
You get to work on diverse number of projects, sometimes simultaneously, and can take part in projects from start to finish. Can also work with different departments and get to understand how the departmental communication affects the company's cohesion. The directors have open door policy and are very pleased to answer any questions.
Cons
Definitely not the greatest of pay packages and difficult to climb the career ladder within the company. The company certainly has a bright future and therefore may in 5 years time have a higher hierarchy that allows you to climb up it more easily.
