Our hybrid workplace aims to achieve best of both worlds with in-office days to help build trust and collaboration, while supporting 2-3 work-from-home days each week that allows for flexibility in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We are happy to hear that this hybrid model is working well for you.
Lastly, we want to acknowledge the realities of our limitations. As a mid-size non-profit, our salaries and job opportunities are directly tied to public funding, which minimizes the amount of opportunity for growth, as you've pointed out in the review. However, we encourage utilizing professional development dollars and accessing our in-house training to continuously further your knowledge and skills.
Although opportunity may feel few and far between, our Administrative team has seen significant shifts recently. In the last year, we have created two new leadership roles within the Administrative department, alone. This growth allows for internal movement and exciting new opportunities.
