Even though I haven’t been with Prospect 33 for too too long, I know that am so happy to be here! I am so glad that I was hired, and am really excited to see what my future here holds. When I came in for my interview at Prospect 33, I was immediately enchanted. Beautiful office building. Warm smiles. Kind greetings and inquires. During the interview, I made a point to ask everyone who interviewed me what their favorite part of working at Prospect 33 was. They all said something along the same line: Prospect 33 is like a big family. It’s true. At Prospect 33, I am not just a number or a role or job function. I feel like everyone here wants me to succeed and is willing to go the extra mile to help me. I’ve personally interacted with employees across the organization, from recruiters to future leaders to the CEO of the company. The sincerity and support of the Prospect 33 team blows me away. I am so often on the receiving end of words of gratitude and encouragement. The company is really committed to growth; they consider your short term and long term career goals. We’re expanding. We’re global. It’s exciting! I really do believe in our business model. We get to be a part of that "I got the job" moment. It's really rewarding :)

I don't have any cons to report! There are high expectations for employees and their work, but I think that makes us all better.
