Pros

I worked for two years and with a team of about 15 people. I worked diligently throughout the year and was entrusted with additional responsibilities outside of the original job description. I developed a great reputation as an entrusted and reliable worker, and Smart people who like to work smart and have fun. Everyone's connected to Indeed's mission to help people get jobs and it feels great. Good benefits, genuinely unlimited paid time off (within reason), and amazing perks and Still a great place to work. A lot of opportunities to learn new skills and move around the company internally. Definitely some teams are much more difficult to break into these days - but in general, the company is pretty flat and advancement is based on merit and measurable impact. Overall, it was a great culture and I enjoyed working there.

Pros

Excellent Company environment. Humble polite CEO understand employees situation always ready to support and good things is that Prosoft is the best pay master in the Industry.

Cons

If any of his consultants is on the bench.. He or She will be paid full Salary.

Pros

implementing and constantly monitoring policies on employee/management relations is an exceptionally good idea. Make sure the policies are in place and working effectively. If they have the assurance that their voices and concerns will be heard, the employee feels more confident in their place in the organization.

Cons

Infractions of policies and rules are bound to happen. What will make your employees feel your company is a great place to work is the knowledge that any breach of conduct will be dealt with fairly and quickly. Employees see a firmly established and well-executed plan for infractions as a protective device and quality workers will appreciate it.
