Stay Away - Anonymous employee Proskauer Rose Employee Review

Please stay away from Proskauer. I worked here for several years, and it was one of the most miserable experiences of my life. As a staff member, the communication, management, resources, compensation, and appreciation are abysmal, particularly under their current COO. Hours are long, most attorneys and managers are incompetent and/or cruel, and the firm's commitments to racial justice, mental health, public interest, and the like are entirely lip service and borderline laughable. Please, look at any other law firm.
