      Pros

      Depending on the department that you are in you can get very good training. This depends of course on not being stuck with the wrong partner, which happens to many associates.

      Cons

      The firm is perfectly content with letting its associates run themselves into the ground and quit. The lack of concern over this is disturbing.

      Pros

      Very organized, hard work is rewarded, FYE is in October so you are able to have good time off during November/December

      Cons

      FYE is extremely busy with many countdowns ramping up to the year-end deadline. Client Ops Specialists do both billing and collections so there is a lot of follow up involved.
