Pros
Due to Prosrent being in the startup stage you get to learn a lot and you get to do more than you would if you were working for a bigger company. Management has enforced an open door policy to everyone making it easier to communicate with across the board. Everyday you get to do something new and exciting. Everyone is very passionate about what they do and everyone is willing to help.
Cons
Due to the company being in the startup stage you have to put in more time, so if someone is looking for a 9-5 this is not a good fit for them.
