Pros
The non-management staff. There are a couple of good manager staff who value team members.
Cons
Recent negative press on a Kansas project. Projects run to very tight deadlines. Sales people with hard sell on features to get sales completed. Heavy work on non-managers to fulfill these. Thrown in at deep end when joined. Pay not great. Useful step-stone to somewhere else. A number of staff have left in recent months due to project pressure. AI buzzword when basic features not working in product.
