      Pros

      Low hours are easy to fit in while studying

      Cons

      Lack of openness to new ideas. We were struggling to find ways to connect with certain universities, but when I provided a very obvious solution it was shut down immediately and not discussed. Proprep still don't have a presence at that university. It just ended up feeling like a waste of time so I resigned.

      Had a great experiencing interning for the company. Was involved in a lot of outreach as it was a new business at the time.

      Internships were unpaid when I was an intern.

      *good side job and extra experience for a student * independent work *weekly meetings via webchat

      Cons

      * not consistent in pay * pay is based on commission + bonus, which is given at the end of the semester * its all self-learning, little training
