Pros

- Cool clients if you get staffed on a good project (fairly random how it gets assigned though) - Fun colleagues at similar levels - Getting to advise on impact stuff makes you feel good about the work (at times)

Cons

- Almost all of the senior leadership team has quit in a short amount of time and there are a lot of rumors about the company selling. It feels unstable and management is NOT honest about it. - Really long hours and a leadership team that will push people until they break - Clients above all. It doesn’t matter what time it is, you need to reply. They say it’s fine not to, but then reward and prop up the people who do reply at all hours. - Arrogant senior management who don’t listen to employee feedback and act like the staff is ungrateful - Forced return to office that’s totally uneven and NOT fair, especially since the CEO left the city - Severe underpay for junior employees

Pros

PD does good work and there are a few people who want to make a difference.

Cons

The turnover is high, struggle with getting/keeping clients. People in the industry don't particular like working with them. Recently a friend interviewed and said that the interview process wasn't good and it makes sense.
