Pros
I like working at Propllr because we have a genuinely kind-hearted team that makes it easy to have a quick, significant impact on client marketing teams. I've worked with many different colleagues and client contacts throughout my time here, and there's always a common denominator: good people. The clients are doing cool things in their respective industries, and the good people at Propllr help communicate that to the wider world. Good work-life balance, remote-friendly environment, and asteady consideration for raises and promotions have made me happy as an employee.
Cons
We don't have the manuals, tutorials, or training modules you might find at a corporate-type place. There's high expectations and there's no room to coast or hide. That said, you'll be rewarded for a bias to action and have the freedom to make things happen on your own.
