Pros

It is an professional language company that provides services around US. You can work online from home Office. 98% of all clients are polite and nice. System of work is beautiful. You may work 1 day and miss 2 days without any consequences (similar to freelance system)

Cons

Bad communication and feedback. Managers are not willing to help with the call distributing system. I guess it works the way - lower rate = higher call volume. I was promised having a almost unstoppable call volume during the interview and having 0.4$/minutes "But we such volume it equals to 24$/ hour", but in the end, I work 6.5 hours with 2-2.5 hours of waiting and losing my salary in good days

Pros

Majority of the "boots on the ground" employees are kind, hardworking, and genuine.

Cons

The major con of working at Propio is the toxic work environment. This is a top down issue. The C-Suite is completely disorganized and ran by large egos. This trickles down to the director/manager level positions. It seems that managers were promoted based on who you are and not what you bring to the table. It is very clear there is a lack of people management training and bad habits were adopted from the C-Suite. If you are in search of a company that provides professional development, keep looking. The lack of communication, organization, and moral compass leads to a toxic work environment for those at the bottom of the totem pole. There is also a lack of diversity among leadership in both race and gender, very disappointing for a "modern language services" company.
