Pros

I don’t have any pros for this company

Cons

Wasting professionals time, I had days of back and fourth communication and interviews to be told I was a great fit and only issue being which role to take either sales or acquisitions by the managers. This was while we had a “lunch meeting” where both managers had several Day drinks and boasted about how drunk they got their last prospect at lunch to then have them uber home. I should have realized how unprofessional they were at this moment to have both managers out drinking and talking about taking adderals all day together. Great fit for each other but not for me!

Pros

Supportive and friendly team culture. Management is approachable and willing to help when needed. Great environment for learning and professional growth, with plenty of opportunities for those who are motivated. The company rewards effort and results, and there is significant earning potential for people with a strong work ethic, consistency, and a willingness to learn.

Cons

Success is highly dependent on your own effort and discipline. There is a learning curve at the beginning, and the role may not be the best fit for someone looking for a highly structured or low-pressure position.

Pros

- The earning potential is really unlimited. The harder and smarter you work, the more you can make. - A lot of room for growth if you're willing to put in the effort. Leadership opportunities are there for people who earn them. - I enjoy helping train and mentor newer acquisition agents and seeing them succeed. - It's rewarding knowing that the deals I bring in help create opportunities and paychecks for the sales team. - Nobody is looking over your shoulder all day. You have a lot of freedom and control over your schedule. - You can work from pretty much anywhere as long as you have a phone and internet. - Every day is different, which keeps the job interesting.

Cons

- If you're not self-motivated, this job can be tough. Nobody is going to force you to stay productive. - The flexibility is great, but it can also be a trap if you don't manage your time well. - Paychecks can be inconsistent at times because your income is tied to your performance. - This isn't really a "clock in at 9 and clock out at 5" type of job. If you want to be successful, you'll probably find yourself answering calls and handling things at random hours. - Work-life balance can be challenging at times because opportunities don't always happen during business hours. - The freedom comes with a lot of responsibility, and not everyone is comfortable with that.
