Pros
Most people are smart and friendly to work with. The office snacks are great, and the work-life balance is generally positive. Many of the positive reviews seem to come from new starters or employees still in their honeymoon period. I was also asked to provide a positive review during my onboarding.
Cons
A lot of politics from higher/executive management, you have to be toxic to survive and move up in this environment. Favouritism is evident from the very top. If you are competent at your job, forget it, you will be led by incompetent leaders. If you stay, be prepared for gaslighting and your mental health to suffer.
