      Pros

      Propeople has a culture of excellence and a safe environment that allowed me to create some of my best work. Great clients like Stanford University, Pfizer, Tesla, Maersk and many more. You get to travel a lot.

      Cons

      Projects can become long and challenging. Like any large company, changes don't happen fast and good opportunities are missed.

      Pros

      Get to work on interesting projects. Many of the projects for well-known companies and organizations, which looks great on a resume. Local office manager is great and really advocates for the best interests of employees.

      Cons

      Poor communication between top management and my local office. Compensation is not competitive with other tech companies in my area. Inequality between different branches of the company in terms of compensation, perks, etc really rubs me the wrong way.
