10yI am very excited to say that we have a new Support Center manager who has been doing a fantastic job implementing positive changes since she joined our team. Not only has our new hire training process been fine tuned, but she has also developed ongoing training programs for continued growth for our CE Experts. In the past, the Support Center Manager had the challenging task of both providing service to our customers AND managing the team. Now, our current manager is able to devote her time to managing and supporting our employees. We’ve also developed Team Lead positions which previously did not exist in the Support Center. This new structure gives our CE Experts multiple levels of support when needed. Thankfully, our “small company” structure allows us the benefit of being able to have an open door policy for communication. Each person in the company has a direct link to our CEO and all other members of management. Our team here at CE Broker is better than ever and thanks to them, we continue to learn and improve every day! - Bonnie Cobb
