We trust discerning readers to understand that former employees' frustration could be expressed through inaccurate reviews. To ease concerns from prospective employees, we welcome questions during the interview process.
Objectives and key results are clearly communicated org-wide at the company, department, and individual levels via Lattice.
I'm happy to report that, as a direct result of feedback via the employee-driven Insight & Action Group, the leadership team is participating in a "calendar cleanse" exercise to strengthen healthy meeting habits. The team embraces Propelus' core company value of "Commit to Continuous Improvement," and we are always learning and growing.
