Pros

They offer benefits that actually benefit you and that improve your life, rather than cliché benefits (like beer fridge, pizza Fridays etc) you see at other agencies, such as health insurance that can actually be used, unlimited holiday, staff coaching, financial planning advice, generous training budget, and a wellness budget to name a few. Work-life balance is encouraged and I have never seen any animosity or unkindness from any staff member. The only agency I have worked at where there is no hint of a toxic atmosphere.

Cons

They are too far away! With the office being based in Brighton, I don't get to see my lovely team that much - but that's not exactly a con they can control! If anything I wish I could go into the office and see everyone more because of how much I enjoy working with them.

Pros

- Employee well-being is the number one priority, if there isn't something in place, they do everything they can to make it a policy - So much trust is put into the employees; work whatever hours you want, when it works best for you, as long as client needs are met - The variation of clients keeps the work exciting - No matter what position you are in the company, everybody mucks in and there doesn't feel like a hierarchy - Regular company-wide socials and virtual meet-ups keeps the moral up - Officially a B-Corp Company! - They only work with clients who share similar values with the Propellerent values - There is money set aside for each employee to put towards their professional development - If you are struggling with workload, everyone in the team is on hand to support - The policies in place for parents are exceptional; supporting those going through IVF treatment, adoption and premature births

Cons

- There could be more interaction between the different teams but there is a company-wide meeting and various Slack channels that allows for easy interaction

Pros

- Truly flexible working, there's no clock watching and whether you need to pick up kids or be in for a sofa it's no raised eyebrows - as long as the work is done and done well they are happy - Recently introduced structured and annual pay reviews which are simple to apply for and brought salaries to truly be competitive - Parental leave and wellbeing improvements have recently be made to again make them much more generous than your average digital marketing agency - the people are genuinely the best i've ever worked with, super smart and hardworking but also just lovely people - good range of clients, from household names to challenger brands

Cons

- pension contributions could be better
