Unprofessional behavior from the fake team leaders who are not able to give a decent feedback or at least schedule individual meetings once in a month Not clear goals, some teams are a total mess Egocentric team leaders who don’t have any skills to be in such position If you don’t speak russian never think about growth at Propeller Humiliation, bad words, shadow layoffs, lack of respect and transparency, bad management, no help when needed. It’s necessary to be really good at self learning and read your leader’s mind with a mental super power because they don’t say anything! Some team leaders simply can not help, check on google to find a solution according to one of them. When you don’t have progress they call you stupid and say a junior can do that A bunch of tasks which you are not paid for The HR department is so arrogant and not focused on problem solving. The HR job is making the problems bigger and worse. The HR does not hear the employees. Get ready to feel stressed, upset, overwhelmed and lose your mental health due to the toxic leadership You should beg for vacation approval. And the garbage leaders say it’s not the right time to get days off. Well, based on my experience at the company I’ve never seen the best time to have your legal right of vacation. It’s always better to keep working and f*ck your vacation. Same for extra days off, begging and saying you want to stop cause you are a step away from the burnout. There is a chance to not agree with you because you don’t need days off in their opinion

I would love to discuss it one-on-one to find the roots of some of the cases you mentioned. Still, I want to highlight a few points: 1) We spend many resources to raise the management capabilities inside the company, and it's different from typical feedback for us. But I considered it, and we will for sure do some investigations. 2) About the growth without knowing the Russian language - I could not agree with you on that point. We have a diverse team in the management roles, and if you were working closely with different departments, you might see that. Furthermore, you know that we push English as the primary language inside the company and do many things on this matter. 3) About the vacations - we accurately follow all the legal aspects and control the holiday balances of employees to be sure they have a proper rest. It might be a busy period, like closing the quarter, and your TL needed to clearly explain their thoughts about the emergency or the importance of completing something. At the same time, if you wanted to have a vacation, it had to be provided for you. 4) About the HR team - we have HR BP for each department, but if employees need help finding support from HR BP, they can always come to me directly to discuss issues. In summary, it is not easy to catch this situation if you never raised them during your work with us. Because we are all human beings, and nobody is perfect, we are ready for transparent feedback and changes. I want to apologize for your experience. - Lack of communication between ex-Russian( now Serbian) office and Cyprus offices - Lack of openness and transparency, shadow layoffs

Pros

- amazing benefits (lunch, WFH, bonus) - great colleagues - great offices

Cons

- Many changes in management which implies changes in rules, organization and way of working (working hours f.e) - people not rewarded fairly: people promoted according to friendship and other special relations which results on managers less skilled than his/her team and which lead to many people resigning - discrimination on whether you speak Russian or not , they prefer hire directly from russia rather cyprus and few times i tried to refer someone but they wanted only russian speakers - There are also wage disparities that are abnormally high.
