Pros
- it can be social as there's office drinks every Friday (which you have to attend every week)
Cons
- long work hours (core hours are 8.30am-6pm but colleagues often worked until 7/8pm daily) - only allowed lunch between 1pm-2pm (no other times allowed at all, ever) - very low pay - high stress environment - a lot of the senior managers are bullies - Never allowed to work from home - minimal holiday days given (and 5 are taken from you due to the office being shut over Christmas) - no bonus', and payrises are minute - no career progression - job description and actual job roles are extremely different
