      Pros

      Loved most of my teammates. They are smart and dedicated to getting it done. There's a lot of room to test and learn and most of the time "failure" is considered a learning tool.

      Cons

      They fired or let go most of the smartest people I enjoyed working with. Pay has significantly decreased in recent years. Each regional office has significantly different approaches to business that makes it hard to work globally.

      -Forward thinking and innovative -Test and learn mindset -Constantly evolving and building out our culture, -Great team of people

      Cons

      -agency life doesn't suit everyone. Work can be fast paced and ambiguous at times so this environment is better suited to those that are adaptable.
