      Great philosophy, wonderful owners, wonderful culture and values, fast paced, vacation

      Cons

      Oilfield down turns, compensation, buddy system overides company values and work ethics, benefits are not great but are offered, not a company to look at for long term

      Down turns in the oil field.

      Good starting pay. Ok if you’re young.

      Cons

      If you’re an older person don’t expect promotions.youngsters get promotions quickly. I never got one in almost 5 years.
