Pros
Propell has an awesome product line, and a lot of growing business opportunities. The people are generally great to work with, management included, which is rare. The leaders seem a little vague about business direction and strategy, but overall show a genuine interest in the people that work here and the success of the organization as a team. Great benefits package, group RRSP's and career path opportunities.
Cons
Many good people have worked here a long time, but I get the impression that keeping up with the rate of growth is a little cumbersome for management. Some systems are lacking and keeping up with production seems impossible at times.
