      Variety of work, flexible working with a focus on remote. Supportive team, flat structure, opportunity to input and deliver ideas that improve your work, clients, and the business. Positive and forward-looking, great mentoring and training opportunities.

      Cons

      Offices are not near a train station so for days in the office driving is a must or a mix of transport.

      Pros

      I've been working with Propel Tech for about two years now and everyone is great. The culture is very relaxed. All they want to do is a good job for their clients, and the leadership team all about listening to the team and giving everyone a chance to contribute and grow.

      Cons

      It ould be lovely to see more people in the office sometime - I guess that's just the way of the world these days with hybrid working.
