Great company - IT Technician Propel Tech Employee Review

I've been working with Propel Tech for about two years now and everyone is great. The culture is very relaxed. All they want to do is a good job for their clients, and the leadership team all about listening to the team and giving everyone a chance to contribute and grow.

It ould be lovely to see more people in the office sometime - I guess that's just the way of the world these days with hybrid working.

My line manager was excellent, and unusually for a company this size, HR knows what they are doing. Directors are approachable, and I found the work interesting. It ought to be a good place to work

Interventions from director level can be heavy handed and counter-productive. I left for this reason
