Pros

Easy work, flexible scheduling. Relatively laid back environment

Cons

They’re painfully cheap. They illegally edit my time card to keep me from getting paid for hours I already worked. We don’t get raises unless it is forced by law. New hires are making $2-3 an hour more than loyal workers who have been here years. Getting basic office supplies is like pulling teeth. One uniform, no jackets all winter, no water in our office, no bathroom, no first aid kits. We also do not get any breaks and are told we do not have any right to exercise our accumulated PTO - according to them, that’s optional and based solely on their discretion - how convenient! In addition, I’m also aware that they lie to our biggest clients about what they actually pay us hourly, and just pocket the difference. They are greedy people who have no problem screwing over and exploiting their hardest workers. There is zero room for advancement, and you are just a cog in their machine that can be dispensed of on a whim.
