I have been with Propark for 5 years, and think it is a company that provides great opportunities if you are willing to work hard. Think of the "Work Hard, Play Hard" mentality. There are always opportunities for advancement if you have proven yourself in your current role. We have VPs who started as valets!
Cons
You are expected to work. It is a very fun place, but it is not a playground. You will not succeed if you don't come to work regularly and do your best.
