Not a Good Place to work - Picker/Packer Propak Logistics Employee Review

At least 6 people watch and give you instructions and they do not like any chatter between employees ; there are cameras every where and the boss sits for many hours watching staff and comes to the floor to warn if he sees something amiss ; essentially a micro managed environment with minimum pay and only get paid on 5th and 20th of every month so you miss out a lot ....also, this employer tries to exploit their staff to make you do more. Some of the employees are rude and ill mannered ; would not recommend this place at all - 1.5 /10 .....they expect you to walk 15000 steps a day with one manager who is a Pervert and protected bt the main manager of the place !!!
