      This company generates a lot of revenue.

      Cons

      The creative team was added well after the company started and the management didnt know how to run a creative department at all. It was a churn and burn shop for creatives. High stress environment.

      Everyone is very welcoming and willing to help. People in more authoritative positions have an open door to teach and are very encouraging.
