Toxic Culture - Consultant ProofID Employee Review

One of the worst places I have worked in my 10 year career. There is absolutely no training, no support or no guidance. You are expected to jump into the role on day one with no guidance on company procedures etc. Very toxic culture, like something out of high school, people telling tales and then you are told by your manager 'people are saying' - there is a better way to do things. They will take one persons word over yours, simply because they have been there longer than you. Felt like you couldn't trust anyone at all. If you are already working in a role, then ProofID is not somewhere you should leave a role for.
