Pros
The Proof culture is exciting because every day we are growing so much. Everyone's role is adapting and you have the freedom to experiment. There's not much micromanagement - everyone seems to trust each other's work and new ideas are taken openly. Hiring is based not just on your skills but also your fit with the culture. I love how the core values are posted throughout the office and there is even a reward give each week to the team member who embodies one of the core values. The rewards is a funny Elon Musk bobbly heads haha. So representative of the fun yet inspirational culture of Proof.
Cons
As with all successful startups, there's not much "down time". While you have the freedom to often work your own hours and sometimes even remotely, it's not a place for lazy people. You can leave early as long as you get all your work done. Goals are really important to hit, so as long as you stay on track you're golden.
