Pros
Worked on a lot of different projects when I was there. If you're bored easily from having to work on the same project for a long time then this is your studio. Also, this is good if you're trying to pad your resume since within 6 months you might've been able to say you've worked on as many feature films.
Cons
The owner, Ron Frankel, will low-ball you no matter how much experience you have and come across that he's doing you a favor. Be Warned!
Pay your experienced artists better. That alone is the biggest moral killer. Professionals will always give you their best work but once they leave they'll never want to work for you again.
I mentioned above that you'll most likely be tossed on one project to another very quickly. This makes it rather difficult to get into the groove for whatever you might be tasked with working on, as your job may change week to week. Also, when I was there a few years ago, their pipeline absolutely sucked. Hopefully that's changed.
