      It is really hard to define any pros. The only one is an opportunity to work remotely.

      Cons

      Inside the company is a really mess. There are no processes at all. The main goal is to get a project and no matter how. The company tries to take on any project even if they have no expertise in something.

      Pros

      classic outsorce tech company from Belarus with core team, not bad hardware background, remote option to work, little automony, and absolutely nothing more!

      Cons

      low salaries, high staff turnover, absence all business processes and crazy mess in all exist small old processes, toxic comminication, too much lies, low quality internal culture, absence of HR brand at all, deepest problems without any positive forecast for the future.
