Pros
Lots to learn especially with databases, telecommunication and business development (client relations) fast paced environment. Other pros include Pizza lunches, Beer cart on Fridays.
Cons
Most of their agreements are done on contract, low starting salaries compared to the industry. Managers tend to be coercive and micro manage. The opportunity for lower tier staff developing into management/supervisor roles are very slim as most managers are hired externally, leaving the employee to essentially serve as a call centre operator.
