Pros

-A good place to gain experience sales experience. -Very Laid back office environment -If you do not make enough commission to equal the equivalent of $10 per hour worked, PROMOVE will Loan you money so that you will have to pay check.

Cons

-No Drug testing - Few people work for the company for more than 1 year. - Every property specialist / Leasing consultant will 6 days a week & 48 hours per week. -There is no system in place to guarantee payment of commission. -Promove works with less than 5% of all rental properties in the Metro Atlanta area, ~80% of clients will lease with a property that does not work with Promove. -Commission payments can be reversed at any time. -There is no direct number that your clients can call to reach you to leave a voicemail. All phone calls will be re-routed after after 3 rings and will go to someone else. -In the interview they say medical benefits will be provided free of cost if you perform well, what they don't say is that only the top 10% will receive benefits.

Thank you for your input; we appreciate all feedback from our current and former employees. PROMOVE is a performance based company where much time and resources are invested in training the sales team. The Property Specialists who focus on doing well in training and invest the time to apply that training will naturally see more success, and therefore make more money. In any sales position, product knowledge is among the keys to success. In the real estate market - specifically one that changes often, like Atlanta - sales professionals must gain the necessary product knowledge in order to succeed. PROMOVE works with over 275,000 rental units in Atlanta and our top sales reps earn more than $75,000 per year. It’s unfortunate that you’ve gotten some misleading information and we welcome the opportunity to meet with you to clear up any confusion. Additionally, we are open to any suggestions to both training and compensation to ensure our teams are successful. While it seems the position may not have been a good fit, we certainly don’t want any employees to leave with a negative perception of our company. We encourage you to reach out to a manager, to HR, or to the President with any other concerns or questions.
